This learning program is designed to introduce a type of leukemia known as acute lymphoblastic leukemia or acute lymphocytic leukemia also referred to as ALL. ALL is caused by the rapid overproduction of lymphoblasts which are immature white blood cells from the lymphoid lineage. This learning program first covers the epidemiology of ALL. The pathophysiology diagnosis staging and prognosis of the disease are then reviewed
